2008 Catering Options.

The following packages are available for people using option 1, 2 or 3. (See our Parties page.)

Water Taxi Beach offers are wide variety of food, cooked to order, with a focus on simple dishes with strong flavors. Because the food is cooked to order, it is served in waves. Dishes like Schnack Slaw are prepared several days in advance so it can "come together." Ribs are braised on one day and char broiled the next.

We are as happy serving hot dogs and beer, as we are serving a raw bar, BBQ Wild Salmon, and passed appetizers.

Our typical FOOD price per person ranges from $25 to $75 (inclusive). 3 hour open bar charges range from $25 to $34 (plus tax and service). Compete food and beverage packages typically run from $45 to $125 per person (inclusive).

  • Mexican: Pork, Beef, Chicken, Beef Tongue, or Goat Tacos, Fresh Authentic Salas, Chips, Mexican Style Rice. Other authentic regional Mexican dishes available.

  • Seafood Bar: Mexican Cerviche, Oyster(s), Large Peeled Shrimp
    (grilled or cocktail sytle).

  • Salmon: BBQ or Poached Salmon

  • Lobster: We are happy to offer a Maine style Lobster Roll.

  • Whole Roast Pig: Cooked & prepared by Cafe On Clinton.

  • Cake & Novelty Cakes: Fresh cake (many styles) from area bakeries plus novelty cakes.

  • Spirit options include 1 flavor of frozen drink, with any included liquor.

  • House Special Cocktail: Our house special is the BlueJinn and is made with fresh blueberry juice, pomegranate juice, other juices, and BullDog Gin; it has a clear fruit taste and appeals to everyone including people who are not "gin drinkers." This is our welcome drink.

  • Juice Bar: We can offer a juice bar featuring freshly squeezed organic apples, pears, beets, carrots, celery, ginger (subject to availability).
